If you have lost any items, encounter issues with recharge or problems with your account, please contact us on FB inbox
When sending a report to our customer service team, make sure to include your: Role ID Number, Server, Ingame name, Timestamp and Order number/GPA number, Recharged amount and/or error messages, amount of lost currency/items and a problem description. Only then the Customer service team can quickly solve the issue.
